Provide direct, practical, and emotional support to children and families with a range of needs.
Deliver tailored interventions that promote wellbeing, safety, and positive outcomes for families.
Work collaboratively within Social Services to support children and families effectively.
Liaise with schools, community hubs, and partner agencies to coordinate holistic support.
Implement, review, and monitor care and support plans in response to changing family circumstances.
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Qualified IDVA.
Experience working within Social Care settings.
Experience working with men.
