Family Support Worker - Lincolnshire Action Trust

HMP Hull - HU9 5LS

15 hours per week – worked Saturday and Sunday 08:30 – 16:30

Applicants must be 18+ due to prison-based working.

Interview Process

Telephone Interviews are expected to take place for this role on 19/11/2025.

Panel Interviews are expected to take place for this role on 05/12/2025.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and build rapport with all people.
  • Deal effectively with conflict.
  • Work alongside others productively in an often busy environment.
  • Engage children in play work.
  • Maintain an organised and methodical approach to your work.
  • Record data electronically.
Qualifications
  • Full, valid car licence and access to a vehicle including insurance for business use, or ability to travel to site via other reliable means.
  • Knowledge and commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and equality of opportunity.
  • Enhanced DBS check with child barred list and prison vetting required.
