A UK-based staffing agency is seeking a Family Support Worker for a 1.5-month contract in Birmingham, with potential for extension. Rate of Pay: £13.91- £17.92 per hour
The Family Support Worker at Birmingham Children's Trust works within a multi-disciplinary, professional, integrated family support and safeguarding service. The primary purpose of the role is to use professional knowledge and skills to work in partnership with practitioners, children, young people, and their families to achieve positive family outcomes. This involves leading and coordinating multi-agency support plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and acting as a lead professional for an allocated caseload. The role is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and promoting equality of opportunity and diversity.
