Our client has invested into its workforce, and is offering a very good family opportunity for someone that works in Public Family Matters and has Panel membership or has the experience to apply.

Ideally with a minimum of 3 years working on public family matters and an appreciation for the Legal Aid process, you will be joining the successful family department who also work across private family matters, and therefore have a very good reputation of the work they carry out.

The company is a 10 Partner private practice and a Legal 500. This very progressive family team have a good structure in place and you will be fully suppWorkorted in your career journey, working on larger and more complex matters, including advocacy, for divorce, childcare, domestic violence and abductions. We are seeking someone who can clearly support clients through sensitive and difficulty family circumstances, able to communicate complex legal jargon and explain costs. Key will be working with opposing solicitors and mediation and at time attending court or instructing counsel.

The firm have a good CMS, enabling you to run files properly with diary and letters as well as billing capabilities. Advocacy is not essential but would be advantageous.
