Job summary

A legal services firm is recruiting for a Family Solicitor/CILEX with over 5 years of PQE to join their expanding Family Department. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload, handle Divorce and Financial settlement cases, and work on various Family matters while enjoying the flexibility of full remote working. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years PQE in Family Law required.
  • Current clean practising certificate from the SRA required.
  • Experience following admittance to the roll in Family Law.

Family Solicitor / CILEX

We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor/CILEX with at least 5 years + PQE to join our expanding Family Department.

You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce and Financial settlement. Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent communication and IT skills.

Skills and Attributes
  • Previous experience of private practice in family law
  • A solid understanding of financial remedies
  • Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children
  • Experience in advising clients in relation to separation and cohabitation agreements
  • Passionate and motivated about Family Law
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level and a strong LPC pass or equivalent
  • Must hold a current clean practising certificate from the SRA
  • Experience gained in a Family Law training seat or following admittance to the roll
