The Role

You’ll become a key member of the growing Family Law team based in Sutton Coldfield, handling a diverse caseload and playing a vital role in the department’s success. As a Family Solicitor within this team you will manage a full caseload of privately funded family law matters to include Divorce & separation, Financial disputes & settlements, Private children matters, representing clients in court and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.

About You

You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with proven experience in family law and a strong understanding of family legal procedures, including private law children matters and financial remedy cases.

You will have excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills and be client‑focused, self‑motivated and capable of managing your own caseload effectively.
