Job summary

Clayton Recruitment Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE, based in Stockport. You will manage a varied caseload across financial matters, children cases and injunctions, with the support of senior partners and the freedom to develop your expertise.

You will work in a progressive team, with hybrid working and opportunities to build your network, contribute to business development and progress your career in family law.

Qualifications

• A qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE.
• Experience managing a broad range of family law matters.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• A proactive, approachable team player with an interest in business development.

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a progressive legal team based in Stockport. Working closely with experienced partners across Stockport and Macclesfield, you'll manage a varied caseload of family matters, with the support and autonomy to develop your expertise and take the next step in your career.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of family law matters, including financial matters, children cases and injunctions, providing clients with clear advice and a supportive, compassionate service throughout.

There will also be opportunities to get involved in business development, build your own network and develop new client relationships, alongside managing your caseload and working towards agreed fee targets.
