Job summary

The Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group represents a boutique Family practice on the south coast seeking a 5 PQE associate to join their growing team.

You will manage your own caseload and represent the firm at business development events, building relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.

Training in Collaborative Law is advantageous; in-house training is available. The firm offers competitive remuneration, benefits, and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• You will be comfortable in managing your own caseload and also representing the firm at business development functions and be confident in client development.
• Training in Collaborative Law would be an advantage, but not essential as training can be given in-house.
• This role will allow you to progress and develop through the firm to expand your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage own family law caseload and advise clients.
• Represent the firm at business development events and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues on HNW/UHNW matters as needed.
