Family Solicitor Location: Birmingham or Leicester (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

We are seeking a Family Solicitor to join our growing and well-regarded family law team, based in either our Birmingham or Leicester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at any stage of their career who is looking for flexibility, high-quality work, and a supportive environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, which may include:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy proceedings
  • Private children matters
  • Cohabitation disputes and injunctions

The role is open to both Children Panel accredited solicitors and those who are not accredited. Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors through to experienced practitioners.

Key Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Experience in family law minimum 2 Years PQE
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • A collaborative and professional approach
