Family Court Solicitor – Dunfermline

I'm working on a stellar opportunity with a Dunfermline based firm, who is looking to bolster its Court Department by recruiting a Solicitor with up to 3 Years' PQE to join its firm.

This opportunity will be predominantly focused on Family law matters, with the main responsibilities of this role, being:

• Managing and handling your own caseload of matrimonial and child related matters
• Representing clients in Scottish courts
• Initial client consultation to understand their needs
• Preparing and drafting legal documentation

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:
