An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a boutique, highly regarded Private Client team based in London. This position offers the chance to work closely with an experienced and approachable team known for providing tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, both in the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic role for a lawyer who enjoys a hands‑on, client‑facing environment within a collaborative and social firm that values flexibility, quality of work, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise UK and international clients on a range of private client and family law matters, including pre‑immigration and residency planning, estate and succession planning, and global asset structuring.
  • Provide bespoke advice on trusts, family investment companies, and tax‑efficient ownership structures.
  • Assist with governance, estate administration, and long‑term protection of family wealth.
  • Work closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to provide integrated and pragmatic advice.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships while contributing to ongoing business development.
  • Keep up to date with legal and tax developments affecting private clients and families.
Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2‑7 years’ post‑qualification experience in Family Law.
  • Solid understanding of UK tax, trust law, and estate planning for clients with international interests.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys building long‑term client relationships.
  • Additional language skills (such as Italian or French) would be advantageous.
