Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience working with marginalised groups, ideally with people who have children and families.
• Ability to use initiative, apply sound decision making skills, including the ability to act calmly in an emergency situation and respond.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the project workers and volunteers as delegated by Project Group Manager.
• Assist in developing and delivering a relevant and in-depth induction programme for each new member of staff.
