TSR Legal are recruiting a Family Paralegal for a Worcester-based role within a well-established law firm. You will support a busy Family team across a varied caseload, assisting with legal aid childcare, divorce and related proceedings while preparing bundles and correspondence.

The successful candidate will have prior Family department experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

• Previous experience working within a Family department.
• Good understanding of family law procedures.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide paralegal support across a broad range of family law matters including legal aid childcare proceedings.
• Prepare legal documentation, correspondence and court bundles.
• Liaise with clients, courts and other relevant parties.
• Support fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration.
