A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing private family team in Warrington. The Role

You will support fee earners across a broad range of private family matters, gaining exposure to cases from initial instruction through to resolution.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with a varied caseload of private family matters, including Children Act and matrimonial finance cases
• Drafting legal documents such as C100 applications, Forms E, consent orders, divorce applications and correspondence
• Preparing and collating court bundles for hearings and counsel
• Liaising with clients, offering clear updates, practical support and reassurance, particularly in sensitive matters
• Attending client meetings, conferences with counsel and court hearings where required
• Conducting legal research on family law issues to support case preparation and advice
• Managing files and maintaining accurate records using the firm’s case management system
