Confidential is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience. The role involves supporting every stage of family law casework and contributes to a culture that values care, drive and integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in family law, is driven, personable and comfortable working towards KPI targets, with strong people skills and a willingness to support the wider team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in family law.
• Driven to deliver a first-class client experience.
• Excellent people skills.
• Able to work towards KPI targets.
• Personable, detail-focused and confident.

Responsibilities

• Booking client appointments and keeping them in the loop.
• Taking precognitions and coordinating witnesses.
• Drafting Minutes of Agreement and other legal documents.
• Helping prepare Affidavits.
• Putting together schedules of matrimonial property and checking vouching.
• Handling correspondence with clients and other parties.

The role

As Family Law Paralegal, you'll get involved in every stage of family law casework, including:

• Booking client appointments and keeping them in the loop
• Taking precognitions and coordinating witnesses
• Drafting Minutes of Agreement and other legal documents
• Helping prepare Affidavits
• Putting together schedules of matrimonial property and checking vouching
• Handling correspondence with clients and other parties

About you

• At least 2 years' experience in family law
• Driven and motivated to deliver a first-class client experience
• Great people skills
• Comfortable working towards KPI targets
