Job summary

Aspire Recruitment is recruiting a Family Outreach Worker for Oldham in a hybrid role with office, community and home visits. The position offers £27,013.56 - £29,552.02 per annum, full-time, permanent, and supports early intervention and prevention services to families and individuals.

You will manage a varied caseload, carry out assessments and develop tailored support plans, working with local services and partner agencies to empower people to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience completing early intervention assessments and developing effective support plans.
  • Experience managing a caseload within a support, community, housing, social care or related setting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage families, adults and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a multi-agency team.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding principles and professional boundaries.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A passion for helping people make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
  • Flexibility to work across office, community and home-based settings.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of families, adults and households requiring early intervention support

Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting families and individuals to overcome challenges and achieve positive change? We are recruiting for a Family Outreach Worker to join a dedicated early intervention and prevention service in Oldham. This rewarding role focuses on supporting families, adults and households before issues escalates, helping them access the right support and build the confidence, resilience and skills needed to achieve long-term positive outcomes. Working across the community, in people's homes and from the office, you will manage a varied caseload, carry out assessments and deliver tailored support plans. You'll work closely with local services and partner agencies to empower individuals and families to make sustainable changes and improve their wellbeing. You’ll need
