AQR Capital Management is seeking a Finance professional to support its Family Office function, delivering accounting, reporting and administrative services to Partners. The role focuses on scalable processes across financial and operational activities, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelors in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across teams and external advisors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, enhancing and executing processes and controls for the Family Office function.
• Oversee reporting to Partners regarding ownership interests and investments.
• Manage administration and reporting of seed capital programs.
• Support estate planning administration and reporting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate charitable giving transactions and related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls.
