Job summary

NHS Fife in Dunfermline invites applications for a Permanent Family Nurse within the Family Nurse Partnership. 36 hours per week, Band 7 salary £52,845 to £61,466.

The post supports first-time pregnant young mothers and their families from early pregnancy until the child is two, working autonomously in the community. You will build therapeutic relationships, manage a home-visiting caseload, engage with GIRFEC and safeguarding, and develop professionally through funded study towards a Masters

Qualifications

• Nurse with registration and ability to work in NHS Scotland.
• Experience delivering person-centred care to families.
• Demonstrated commitment to improving health and wellbeing of young families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home visiting services to eligible first-time pregnant mothers.
• Develop strong therapeutic relationships and provide person-centred care.
• Work within GIRFEC framework and safeguarding policies.
• Collaborate with the Family Nurse Partnership team.
