Job summary

Nelsons, part of Lawfront, is seeking an experienced Family Legal Director or Partner to lead the Derby family team. You will manage a diverse caseload, provide expert advice on divorce and financial remedy matters, and drive strategic growth while mentoring junior lawyers.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Family Legal Director or Partner to play a key leadership role within our highly regarded Family team in Derby. The Role

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with substantial experience in Family Law.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise across a broad range of family matters.
• Have experience managing complex financial remedy and children cases.
• Possess excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Show a proven ability to develop business and generate new opportunities.
• Be an effective leader with experience supervising and mentoring others.
• Be commercially aware with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
