Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates, a well-established Scottish law firm, is recruiting a Family Law Solicitor to join its growing team in Ayrshire. Applicants should be Scottish qualified solicitors from newly qualified level upwards, with experience or a strong interest in family law.

Qualifications

• Must be a Scottish-qualified solicitor with interest/experience in family law.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and communication skills required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Management of a broad range of family law matters including divorce and child arrangements.
• Represent clients in Sheriff Court and, where appropriate, Court of Session.
• Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice with high-quality client care.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the Family Law department.
