Job summary

Micelmores LLP is seeking a Paralegal to join the Family team across Bristol, Cheltenham or Exeter offices. You will provide legal and administrative support, including drafting and replying to correspondence, processing documents, and drafting litigation papers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working as a paralegal.
• Previous experience of working in a Family team is desirable.
• Experience of delivering excellent client service to both external and internal clients.
• Excellent IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Providing efficient and effective legal assistance to lawyers.
• Drafting, reviewing and replying to correspondence as required.
• Processing documents (including creating bundles and filing court documents as required).
• Drafting litigation documents as required, including statements of case and witness statements.
• Completing legal research and being aware of current legislation and legal issues.
• Managing files diligently and reviewing each regularly.
