Nelson Bridges Limited in Darlington is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor to lead and build a new Family Law team. You will take ownership of developing the offering, establishing client relationships across Darlington and surrounding areas, and grow with the firm as it expands.

The role requires a strong grounding in Family Law, at least 2 years PQE, and leadership ambitions, with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive business development and a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in Family Law.
• Strong grounding in family law matters and ability to manage your own caseload.
• Ambition to develop your career beyond fee earning into leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a team and developing a department.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Drive to develop new business and establish a strong local presence.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and growth of the Family Law department in the new Darlington office.
• Manage your own varied caseload of family law matters.
• Build and develop a team as the department expands.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts across Darlington, Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire.
• Identify opportunities to grow the department and develop new business.
• Help shape the future direction of the firm's Family Law offering.
• Provide excellent client care and clear, practical legal advice throughout often sensitive matters.
