📍 Location: St Helens  🕒 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time  📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday  💼 Salary: £40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)  🏠 Work Arrangement: Office-based with hybrid flexibility post-probation

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cases involving divorce, separation, and financial settlements
  • Handle child arrangements and parental disputes
  • Advise on TOLATA matters
  • Draft legal documents and client correspondence
  • Represent clients in court when required
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice
What We're Looking For
  • Experience Fee Earning
  • Proven experience in family law
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is a plus
  • Proactive, client-focused approach
