Ten-Percent.co.uk Ltd seeks an experienced family law solicitor on a consultancy basis. The role is initially part-time with potential hours increase as workload grows, and can be done entirely remotely from the UK.

The candidate will take over and expand an existing private family law caseload, including financial remedy matters. They should have 5+ years PQE, be able to run a full unsupervised caseload, and preferably be a member of Resolution.

Qualifications

• Ideally at least 5 years PQE.
• Ability to run a full caseload of complex private family matters unsupervised.
• Ideally a member of Resolution

Berkshire based law firm are looking to take on an experienced family law solicitor on a consultancy basis due to an increased amount of work coming into the firm. Initially, this is a part-time role although hours could increase if wanted should the workload build up. This is an ongoing role and the firm are set up for the successful candidate to be able to work completely remotely.

Role:

Role involves taking over, managing and building on an existing caseload consisting of private family law matters only including financial remedy.

Candidate specifications:

• Ideally at least 5 years PQE
• Ability to run a full caseload of complex private family matters unsupervised
• Ideally a member of resolution

The firm are looking for experienced candidates available for an immediate start if possible and are looking to pay on a fee share arrangement. This vacancy likely to suit a consultant already working on a part-time basis who is looking for extra work to fit around their existing commitments.
