Kids seeks a Family Intervention Senior Practitioner to support autistic and ADHD children and young people aged 5-18, along with their families, across Suffolk. You’ll manage your caseload, assess needs and create tailored plans, delivering one-to-one and group programmes while guiding parents and carers and coordinating with health, education and social care professionals.

You will work from home with regular travel across Suffolk, maintain records, and contribute to service development under

• Experience supporting autistic and ADHD children and families.
• Ability to assess needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Experience with safeguarding and professional boundaries.
• Ability to travel across Suffolk and work flexibly.

• Provide strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming support to 5-18 year olds.
• Assess needs, develop and review individual support plans.
• Manage and prioritise a varied caseload with accurate records.
• Support emotional wellbeing, anxiety, regulation and resilience.
• Deliver individual and group programmes for families and professionals.
• Provide practical guidance to parents and carers.
• Collaborate with health, education and social care professionals.
• Contribute to safeguarding and reflective practice.
