A community support organization in Liverpool is looking for a Family Hub Navigator to provide advice and support for families with children. The role is available as full-time or part-time and involves outreach activities, engaging families with services, and building partnerships with local agencies. Candidates should have relevant NVQ qualifications, GCSEs, and experience working with children and families. The organization promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourages applicants from all backgrounds.
Locations: Wavertree Family Hub (17.5 hours)
Fountains/Anfield/Everton Family Hub (17.5 hours)
Number of Positions: 1 full or 2 part time
Salary: £25,185 per annum (pro – rate for part time)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027
We are looking for enthusiastic and community-focused Family Hub Navigatorto join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for families with children aged 0–19 (up to 25 for children with SEND), offering advice, guidance and signposting to Family Hub services, local community support and city-wide services. You will also play a key role within the Family Hub reception team, ensuring families feel welcomed and supported.
This role is available as full-time or part-time/job share, offering flexibility.
