Coventry delivers services through the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme, aiming to improve health and education outcomes for babies, children, and their families. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team committed to early help and integrated support to:

  • Deliver interventions and activities for children aged pre-birth to 5 years within the Family Hub Framework.
  • Work collaboratively with partner organisations, local communities, and residents to ensure the Family Hub offer is inclusive and accessible.
  • Lead and manage a team to plan, deliver, and monitor services and activities, ensuring targeted support reaches families with the greatest need.
  • Promote and maintain effective partnership working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a local integrated early help offer, achieving better outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

Under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
