Job summary

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for dedicated professionals to join our Family Help service, based in Cable Plaza, Brierley Hill. The roles are focused on supporting families using a whole-family approach with the aim of facilitating lasting change.

You will coordinate support with a team of multidisciplinary practitioners, develop child protection plans, and engage with local partners to enhance family networks. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in family dynamics and collaborative practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate support offered to families using a whole-family approach.
• Work with families to develop a coordinated plan, including child protection.
• Support kinship arrangements and contribute to service development.
