Coventry City Council is seeking a Family Group Conference Coordinator to support families in making safe decisions and plans for their children. You will facilitate the Family Group Conference, bringing together children’s support networks to find safe solutions and strengthen family involvement.

This is a key, proven way to strengthen family involvement and relational ways of working to achieve the best outcomes for children when families are experiencing significant problems in their lives. As a Family Group Conference Coordinator, you will facilitate the Family Group Conference, bringing together children’s support networks of family members and friends to find safe solutions. You will need to be experienced in working with Children and Families, able to work independently, and committed to the empowerment of families. This post is fixed-term until March 28. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
