Family Engagement Manager

Location: HMP Ranby

Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (weekend working will be required)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £31,500 per annum

About the Role

As Family Engagement Manager you will manage Pact's visitor centre provision at HMP Ranby, managing the prison's booking line service, family visit catering services, play sessions for children (facilitated during family visits) and family‑focused interventions such as homework clubs, special visits and themed family days. You will support families in accessing secure video visits and liaise with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi‑agency environment, ideally involving offenders and/or their families. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work, possess knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice, and have excellent interpersonal communication skills to build partnerships with a range of agencies.
