Family Coordinator
Location:Anlaby, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU10 6UE

Seven Resourcing is seeking a Family Coordinator to join our team in Anlaby, supporting children, young people, and families through targeted and coordinated interventions. This role is focused on improving outcomes for families, building resilience, and reducing the need for greater interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake direct work with children and families, completing whole-family early help assessments and outcome-focused family plans.
  • Lead and coordinate the Team Around the Family process, ensuring effective support packages are delivered.
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding and risk issues in line with policy and procedures.
  • Ensure the voice of children and parents is central to all aspects of your work.
  • Build strong professional relationships with families, promoting engagement through a trauma-informed approach.
  • Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports for multi-agency meetings, case conferences, and court when required.
  • Evaluate and reflect on practice to demonstrate improved outcomes and best practice standards.
  • Work flexibly across East Riding of Yorkshire, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and in-home visits.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years, Education, Health, or Social Care.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and information-sharing protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency partners.
  • Willingness to adopt trauma-informed practice and strength-based approaches.
  • Flexibility to meet service needs.
  • Fluency in spoken English, as required under the Immigration Act 2016.
