💷 Up to £19.61 per hour (Umbrella)

Are you passionate about supporting children and families? 💛 We're looking for a Family Coordinator to join our dedicated Children's Services team in Goole. This is a rewarding role where you'll make a real difference in the lives of children and their families every day! 👨👩👧👦

💼 Role Responsibilities:
  • 🧩 Supervise family time between children who are looked after and their significant family members.

  • 🚙 Transport children safely to and from family time sessions using your own vehicle (must have business insurance).

  • ✍️ Record accurate accounts of family time sessions that have taken place.

  • 🤝 Work closely with social care professionals to support family relationships and child wellbeing.

🎓 What We're Looking For:
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years, Education, Health, or Social Care.

  • 💬 Strong communication and observational skills.

  • 🕒 Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.
