  • A care solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience running their own files
  • Comfortable with doing their own advocacy
  • Experience in private children matters
  • Familiarity with farming or rural cases
  • Child Panel membership
  • A natural team player who enjoys mentoring juniors and getting stuck into firm-wide initiatives
What you’ll be doing
  • Taking over a full caseload of predominantly care matters
  • Supervising and supporting two paralegals, both on track for training contracts
  • Contributing to internal projects, from shaping the firm’s culture to input on marketing and LinkedIn activity
  • Collaborating closely with support staff, trainees, and other solicitors
  • Playing an active role in the continued development of a respected, growing department
