Job summary

Green Harvest CC Ltd. is recruiting a Family Assessment Practitioner (Grade 4) for The Lodge, our Residential Family Assessment Centre in Hextable, Swanley.

The role requires handling two families as the primary assessor, creating assessment plans and risk assessments, and liaising with the Independent Social Worker. You will also mentor and supervise new staff, lead pre-placement planning meetings, and oversee transitions in and out of the service.

Family Assessment Practitioner (Grade 4)

Green Harvest is recruiting a Senior Keyworker for The Lodge, our new Residential Family Assessment Centre in Hextable, Swanley.

You will hold at least two families as primary assessment practitioner, writing assessment plans and risk assessments and liaising with the Independent Social Worker. You will also mentor and supervise new staff, lead pre-placement planning meetings, and lead on transitions in and out of the service.

40 hours per week, five days across a seven-day rota including weekends. Full-time, permanent. Both our established Centres are rated Good in all areas by Ofsted.

Applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available. Subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
