We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed apprentice to join our Family Hub. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands‑on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship.

About the role
  • Work within Cheshire East’s Family Hubs, supporting children aged 0–19 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND).
  • Support families to receive timely and appropriate information tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with Family Hub teams to provide high‑quality, integrated support services.
  • Contribute to the transformation of services following a recent redesign aimed at improving outcomes for families.
  • Gain hands‑on experience in family support services while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
  • Develop skills in communication, organisation, and customer service within a public service setting.
  • Receive mentoring and on‑the‑job training from experienced professionals in family and community services.
