NSS Group is seeking a Fall Protection Installation & Inspection Engineer within the NSS Testing division. The role covers servicing, maintenance and repair of height safety systems and related equipment for commercial buildings across the UK.

You should be prepared to work nights, weekends and away from home as required. A full, clean driving licence and experience working at height are essential, with opportunities for development within a specialist team.

Fall Protection Installation & Inspection Engineer at NSS Group

The Division

NSS Testing - this division specialises in testing and installation of commercial building assets, from fall arrest equipment, life safety systems to automation and access control. The role we are looking to fill is for a Roof Access Systems Engineer to work within our skilled team of height safety engineers.

Responsibilities of the role:

To deliver servicing, maintenance and repairs to height safety equipment including the following -

• Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines
• Eyebolts - fall restraint and abseil
• Gantries and walkways
• Guardrails
• Ladders - fixed and portable
• General lifting equipment
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times and to comply with British Standards.
• To highlight any further works required following service or reactive works.
• Support of other divisions when required
