Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an MLR expert to own review quality across Europe, helping to rebuild MLR with AI. You’ll work with Falcon MLR’s founding team and shape a product used globally by top pharmaceutical companies.

You’ll join a small, start-up–like team inside Veeva, owning your area end to end and delivering fast impact. You have front-line MLR/PRC experience, deep knowledge of European regulatory codes, and a track record in AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma/biotech or for an agency serving one.
• Familiar with European codes (EFPIA and national ones like ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM).
• Ability to learn dense regulatory material quickly and demonstrate results.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows or automation in daily tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Vault PromoMats — reviews, annotations, claims libraries.
• Based in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across EU markets.
• Lead regulatory monitoring with engineering and product, coordinating with other regions.
• Operationalize reviewer-feedback loop to translate customer inputs into product improvements.
• Investigate why Falcon flags a item, read traces, identify root cause and fix it; build handling processes with users.
• Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows.
• Own quality benchmarks (review quality) in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product.

The Role

MLR review is one of the Life Science industry's biggest bottlenecks - and we're rebuilding it with AI.

Falcon MLR is Veeva's AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review. Our AI agents review promotional material the way expert reviewers do: against the actual rules of each market and the science behind the claims. We're looking for an MLR expert to take ownership of review quality across Europe.

You have sat in the review meetings. You know the codes, the process, and their pain points. Now, help build the reviewer and shape the future of MLR for the entire Life Science industry. You'll work directly with Falcon MLR's founding team, and your judgment will ship into a product used globally by the top Pharmaceutical companies.

We work like a start-up inside Veeva. The team is small, you own your area end to end, and your decisions reach the product fast. It suits people who like to build and take ownership.

What You'll Do

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across our EU markets
• Lead our regulatory monitoring system with engineering and product, and coordinate with other regions
• Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve "why did Falcon flag this?" - read the agent's traces, find the root cause, fix it. Build the process for handling these questions with users
• Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows
• Ownership of quality benchmarks e.g. review quality, in cross functional collaboration with engineering and product

Requirements

• You have been part of MLR/PRC review of promotional material - in pharma, biotech or at an agency serving one
• You know the European codes - EFPIA, or national ones like ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM
• You learn dense regulatory and legal material fast - and have results to show
• AI is already part of your daily work - you have automated parts of your own job and want to go further
• You have worked hands-on in Vault PromoMats - reviews, annotations, claims libraries
• You live in the EU
