Job summary

Not disclosed company in Surrey is seeking a Quality Inspector / FAIR Inspector to join their aerospace engineering team, inspecting high-precision components and completing FAIRs.

You will use GD&T and metrology, read drawings, raise NCRs, support investigations, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve issues.

The role is permanent, onsite in Surrey with a salary of £30,000–£35,000 and opportunities to expand FAIR experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in Quality Inspection or Precision Engineering.
• Strong GD&T and drawing interpretation skills.
• Dimensional inspection / metrology experience.
• Experience with FAIRs.
• Aerospace experience is a big plus.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to quality.

We're currently supporting a well-established engineering business with the appointment of an experienced Quality Inspector / FAIR Inspector.

They’re looking for an experienced Quality Inspector / FAIR Inspector to join their team and play a key role in ensuring high-precision components meet demanding customer and design standards.
