Job Opportunity: Faculty Manager Location: Working across our London campuses | Full-Time | £40,000–£45,000 per annum Start Date: January 2026

Are you passionate about supporting people’s development, teaching, and creating an exceptional student experience? We are seeking a Faculty Manager to join our college, playing a pivotal role in academic delivery. In this position, you will drive faculty development, performance, and engagement, ensuring staff have the tools, guidance, and support to thrive.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, champion professional growth, uphold compliance and quality standards, and enhance both student satisfaction and staff experience. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and training, shaping a collaborative, high-performing academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development for permanent, fixed-term, and associate faculty.
  • Support faculty performance management, including workload planning, KPIs, appraisals, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and positive student outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing feedback, performance issues, and compliance matters.
  • Facilitate faculty development initiatives across teaching, digital learning, and quality enhancement areas.
  • Monitor and communicate student and staff feedback to inform continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in higher education management, faculty development, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a regulated sector.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across complex organisational structures.
  • Experience in recruitment, curriculum development, and quality management is highly desirable.
  • Educated to degree level, with a Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience.
