Factory Worker

Location: Plaxtol, Kent

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Plaxtol, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering stability, training, and progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the production line and general factory duties
• Operate basic machinery and handle materials safely
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

• Must have own transport due to the remote location
