Job summary

Join the onsite training team at Forza Foods with IPL, Forza and Kober Foods. We are seeking a Factory Trainer for our Normanton protein site, working Monday to Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm in a permanent, site-based role.

Responsibilities include induction training, mandatory compliance, operational training, audits, SOP preparation, and mentoring new colleagues while maintaining training matrices. IT skills and confident, independent working style are essential.

• Understand effective training methods.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good time management.
• The ability and confidence to work alone.
• IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports.
• Plan training schedules ( with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Factory Trainer to become a vital part of our onsite Training Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Training and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details
