Factory Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

North East Lincolnshire area £30,000 – £37,000 DOE Full-time, permanent, 5 days on site, 6-2pm

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re recruiting for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within a busy food manufacturing site, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You’ll play a key role in leading the production and chill teams keeping quality high, processes tight, and teams motivated. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the factory floor and driving performance through people.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise all factory operations, including raw material intake, production, and packing
  • Manage and motivate production teams to meet output, quality, and safety targets
  • Oversee loading/unloading, order communication, and production schedules
  • Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety and company policies
  • Support maintenance reporting and basic fault-finding to minimise downtime
  • Monitor KPIs such as production performance, stock levels, and quality metrics
  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Accounts to ensure smooth workflow
  • Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting a positive workplace culture
