BBF Limited is seeking a dynamic Factory Standards Manager to lead the technical team in Blackburn, ensuring product consistency, audit readiness and adherence to retailer codes. The role involves coaching multiple departments, driving improvements in factory practices, and deputising for the Technical Manager during audits across Blackburn and Shadsworth sites.

• Experience leading teams in a factory/technical environment.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and retailer codes.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and tackle non-conformances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and consistency of finished products.
• Maintain audit readiness at all times.
• Define and implement standard of what good looks like across areas.
• Coach QA, Production, Engineering, Hygiene and Warehouse teams.
• Deputise for Technical Manager during audits and walkarounds.
• Manage pest control processes across the site.
