Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and first-line engineering procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment according to best practices ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Take ownership of daily performance metrics for operational targets.
  • Lead Business Work System activities and ensure team performance.
