We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a well‑established manufacturing company on the outskirts of Cambridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in production who take pride in quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce products in line with company standards.
  • Ensure hygiene, and quality procedures are always followed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to clean as you go policies.
  • Complete all relevant production and quality control paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Monitor equipment, reporting any faults or issues to the Production Manager.
  • Support daily production schedules, preparing for upcoming runs as required.
  • Take part in company training to improve skills and knowledge in food manufacturing.
  • Assist and support team members where needed to ensure production goals are achieved.
Skills / Experience
  • Previous exposure to a factory / production environment.
  • Understanding of safety, and quality control procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet targets relating to output, yield, and waste.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Flexibility.
Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday

07:30 until 17:00

Flexibility required

£13.00 per hour
