Calling All Warehouse Operatives / Food Production / Factory Workers

Day Shifts and Late Shifts Available - Immediate Start / Full-time / Temporary to Permanent

Own Transport is Essential Due to Work Location and shift patterns (No bus or train services).

Hourly Pay Rate

• Basic Rate: £12.52ph.
• Pay Rate Including Attendance Bonus Uplift: £13.11ph.
• Overtime after 41.7 Hours worked in a 5-day week: Available.

Shift Patterns

• Morning Shift - Monday to Friday, 3am till 12:00 Lunchtime.
• Late Shift - Sunday to Thursday, 6pm till 3am.

Overtime is available outside of your 5-day working week at an increased pay rate.

We are recruiting full-time temporary to permanent staff to work in a food production factory and well-established company outside of Southampton central.

Own transport essential due to the rural location and shift times.

Working as part of a team, the role will involve picking, packing, labelling, handling various food products, loading boxes and pallets, checking quality, lifting, and handling, working on a conveyor belt production line. Working at chilled and ambient temperatures.
