Job description

Our client Wrightbus, a leading innovator in the transportation industry, is seeking Factory Operators to join their team in Lisburn. Working hours are either dayshift (Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm) or nightshift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 4:30pm - 5:30am).

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for manufacturing parts in the glass fibre area.
  • Work as part of a team and follow WMP’s and directions from the team leader.
  • Responsible for the safe operation of plant equipment and hand tools associated with the manufacturing process.
  • Comply with the company’s Health & Safety policy and procedures.
  • Undertake training or retraining associated with the post or new working practices.
  • Willing to train others as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience using various hand tools (e.g., DIY/painting, brushes, and rollers).
  • Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Literate and numerate.
  • Experience meeting high-quality standards.
  • Health and Safety knowledge.
  • Ability to understand Work Manual Procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
