Role Overview

Our client is recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their well‑established team in the Corby facility, where they manufacture blow‑moulded containers. Working a continental shift pattern, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and servicing a variety of machinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical aspects of all machinery (AC/DC drives and motors, PLCs, Profibus, control systems, etc.)
• Help with installation and commissioning of equipment electrically, pneumatically and mechanically
• Troubleshoot faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot faults with control gear and PLC systems
• Carry out PPM of machines and plant
• Carry out other property/facilities/maintenance duties as needed
