Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineered-to-order manufacturing operations.
• Strong P&L responsibility and strategic planning capability.
• Proven track record in large-scale manufacturing and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for SPUK with full P&L responsibility.
• Direct and optimise site operations including PM, Eng, Proc, Prod, Planning & Logistics.
• Embed health, safety and Lean practices across the organisation.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting and capital investment proposals.
