Qualifications

• Prior experience of coaching or leading a team is essential.
• Experience of engaging with stakeholders of various levels.
• IWFM is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage an assigned WCC team.
• Deliver the agreed scope of works for asset management.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure team performance and capabilities for future work.
• Maintain facilities in a safe condition.
• Investigate significant issues and escalate as necessary.
